Intraoral X-ray System

Kodak 2100 intraoral X-ray System

The Kodak 2100 intraoral x-ray system offers high frequency technology, ease of use and reliability. It combines high quality results for accurate diagnosis with a flexible and smart design.

Featuring a high frequency generator to help obtain high image quality while minimising radiation exposure, by up to 30 percent, the Kodak 2100 system is compatible to every type of imaging technology. The system operates with both film and digital radiography, including the Kodak CR 7400 and RVG digital radiography systems.

The 60 kV high frequency generator provides the best compromise between contrast and image definition. Complete with a 0.7 mm focal spot, it assists in obtaining sharp imagery for easy diagnosis. The cone design facilitates the correct alignment of the x-ray tube head with the detector and reduces the risk of cone-cutting images.

Kodak 2200 Intraoral X-ray System

The Kodak 2200 intraoral x-ray system features the performance of the previous generation of Kodak x-ray units (formerly Trophy x-ray units) plus an improved design for more accurate diagnosis and ease of use.

Kodak's high frequency x-ray generator allows you to obtain high image quality while minimising radiation exposure, up to 30 percent less in comparison with a standard generator. The system operates equally with both film and digital imaging, and its very short exposure times means that it can be used with Kodak's full range of digital radiography systems.

The system is equipped with adjustable tension (60 or 70 kV) to accentuate contrast or levels of gray shading according to the examination being conducted. This advanced control helps obtain the image you want optimised for your diagnosis. The new cone design facilitates the correct alignment of the x-ray tube head with the detector reducing the risk of cone-cutting images.

Compact and lightweight in design, the 2100 and 2200 systems can be incorporated into most practices. The 2100 system includes a timer, which can be mounted remotely or directly on the unit, while the 2200 has two types of timers (portable or stand alone) allowing the system to be adapted to all active areas. Both systems feature four mounting positions (wall, floor, mobile or ceiling mount) and three arm lengths.

Both the 2100 and the 2200 systems offer an extensive range of accessories to help meet your diagnostic needs.
